Examinations

Pilot, in test mode. No real money is taken yet and nothing here is a degree. It is a private, decentralised assessment of mathematics: it is not recognised by any state or ministry, and no accreditation is claimed.

How it works

  1. Ring the bell. Say which field and level you want to be examined on and when you are free.
  2. A committee answers. Examiners who match and have no conflict with you are told. When enough of them answer, a committee of three (five from level 3) forms, with at least one examiner from outside your language region.
  3. A live sitting. At the agreed time you sit with the committee in a live room. Each examiner seals a mark privately; the marks are revealed together.
  4. A result with reasons. You get a level and written reasons. "Not yet" is not a failure.

What you pay and where it goes

The fee is shown in full before you pay, including the part that goes to the examiners, the audit and ombudsperson share, the sponsor fund for free and reduced seats, and the platform share. Examiners are paid a flat fee for every sitting, whatever the result, so nobody is paid to pass or to fail you. If no committee forms within 30 days, you are refunded in full.
